Redaction before AI. ID numbers, card numbers, emails and phone numbers are stripped out before any AI reads a message. The model drafts replies without ever seeing them.
You approve every send. No message leaves Deed without a human saying so. Drafts wait for your OK and you can edit them first.
Everything is audited. Every action, human or AI, lands in an audit trail you can read. Nothing happens in your book that you can't trace.
Encrypted throughout. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and connected-account tokens are sealed in an encrypted vault with deny-all access rules.
Official platforms only. WhatsApp runs on Meta's official business platform and calendars connect through Microsoft and Google's own sign-in. No grey-market gateways.
Yours to take. Your contacts, listings and deals are yours. Take them with you at any time, and if you leave we delete your data on request.

Is my clients' data safe?
Your book stays yours. Deed is built POPIA-first: personal identifiers are redacted before any AI reads a message, every action is audited, and we never sell or share your data.
Can I take my book with me if I leave?
Yes. Your book is yours, not ours, and there's no lock-in. As a solo agent you can take your contacts, listings and deals with you at any time, and we delete your data on request. In an agency, the shared workspace book stays with the agency, so handovers stay clean when someone moves on.
