What Deed costs

Free is R0 a month, forever, and it is the whole product with a monthly allowance of AI actions. Agent is R449 a month. Agent Max is R1 299 a month. Team is R399 per agent, per month, billed to the agency. Every plan is the same product; the plans differ in how much work the AI does for you each month.

All prices are in South African rand. The current plans, and what each one includes, are set out on our pricing page.

ONDEED (PTY) LTD is not registered for VAT, so the prices above are the whole amount and no VAT is added at checkout. Our invoices carry no VAT number and no VAT line, which means there is no input VAT for your agency to claim on them. If that ever changes we will tell you before it affects what you pay.

While we're in early access

Early access is free. We do not ask for a card, we do not store card details, and no subscription is running. Before we ever charge a rand you will get clear notice, in plain language, with time to decide whether to continue.

How billing will work

Subscriptions are monthly and paid in advance. An agency on the Team plan pays for the number of seats it has. The first payment starts the subscription, and it renews automatically on the same day each month until it is cancelled.

Card payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider. Your card details are entered on Paystack's own secure payment page and are never seen, handled or stored by us. We keep only the record of the payment and the last four digits of the card, so you can tell which card is paying.

Changing your plan

You can move between plans at any time from inside Deed. A change takes effect from your next billing date, so a plan you have already paid for runs to the end of the month you bought.

When an agency adds or removes a seat, the change to what it pays takes effect on the next billing date. Nothing is charged mid-month without the agency choosing it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from inside Deed, by yourself, without asking us and without giving a reason. There is no cancellation fee, no notice period and no minimum contract.

When you cancel, the subscription stops renewing and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged after that.

Your book stays yours. You can take your contacts, listings and deals with you when you go, and we delete your data on request. In an agency, the shared workspace book stays with the agency so handovers stay clean when someone moves on.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep the access you have already paid for, we do not, as a rule, refund part of a month you have used.

If something has gone wrong, we put it right. That includes a payment taken twice, a payment taken after you cancelled, a payment taken at the wrong amount, or a failure on our side that left you unable to use Deed for a meaningful part of the month you paid for. Write to us and, where a refund is due, it is made back to the card that paid, through Paystack.

Nothing on this page takes away any right South African law gives you.

If a payment fails

Cards expire and banks decline; it happens. If a renewal fails we will tell you inside Deed and give you time to fix it, and you can update the card yourself. We do not cut off access the moment a payment fails, and we never delete anyone's book over an unpaid invoice.

Invoices and records

Every payment produces a record you can see in Deed, and Paystack sends a receipt to the email on the account. If you need something specific for your bookkeeping, ask us.
